Wise Engineering and Building Solutions designed the mechanical system of the Hilton Garden Inn in Richardson, Texas

that is 86,401 square feet in size. As a result, they are saving over $6,000 per month!

new construction project

As a new construction project, we implemented the complete Wise Engineering and Building Solutions program resulting in an energy tax credit of $1.80 per square foot in addition to designing an ultra-energy efficient, healthy hotel. Typical hotels of similar footprint in the chain are averaging $9,504 per month in heating and cooling.

The Wise Engineering and Building Solutions was guaranteed not to exceed $3,456, a savings of over $6,000 every month!
